The princes and princess of the Sultan of Johor head the 404 recipients in conjunction with the Sultan of Johor's birthday. The only daughter to the Sultan of Johor , Tunku Aminah, Tunku Temenggong, Tunku Idris, Tunku Laksamana, Tunku Abdul Jalil, Tunku Panglima, Tunku Abdul Rahman and Tunku Putera, Tunku Abu Bakar are conferred the First Class Royal Award (DK 1). The investiture Ceremony will be held in the royal town of Johor, Muar.
