Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V attended the investiture ceremony in conjunction with his 43th Birthday. Sultan of Kelantan in his speech at Istana Balai Besar, reprimanded the state government about the water management and he wants it to be resolved quckly.He also thanked the Federal Government that never abandoned Kelantan from the mainstream of development.
