Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra ibni Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail (born 30 December 1967) is the Raja Muda (Crown Prince) of the Malaysian state of Perlis.
He is the son of the current Raja, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin.
Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra was born on 30 December 1967 at General Hospital, Alor Setar, as the eldest son of Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin and Tuanku Fauziah Tengku Abdul Rashid. He attended SK Putra and SMK Derma in Kangar before moving to Penang Free School and then Carey Grammar School in Melbourne, Australia. He obtained his Bachelor of Economics from La Trobe University in Australia in 1989.
In 1990, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin joined Malaysia Airlines, rising to become regional manager for Switzerland, Austria and Central Europe in 1998. He was installed as Raja Muda (Crown Prince) at Istana Diraja in Arau on 12 October 2000.
During his father's tenure as Yang di-Pertuan Agong from December 2001 to December 2006, he served as Regent of Perlis.
Tuanku Syed Faizuddin has taken an active role in championing Malay and Muslim issues. He is the president of the Perlis Islamic Religious Council (MAIPs). He has spoken in favour of Article 153 of the Constitution of Malaysia concerning Malay rights and privileges.
Tuanku Syed Faizuddin married Lailatul Shahreen Khalil Akasah on 9 May 1994 in Arau. When he was appointed Raja Muda, she became the Raja Puan Muda (Crown Princess). The couple have three children:
1.Sharifah Khatreena Nuraniah (born 10 February 1995 in Kuala Lumpur)
2.Sharifah Farah Adriana (born 4 March 2001 at Zollikerberg Hospital, Zurich)
3.Syed Sirajuddin Areeb Putra (born 12 April 2009 at Tuanku Fauziah Hospital, Kangar)
